Conditions of use

1. By using ggfree you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use this website.
2. ggfree may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by the ggfree corporation. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use this website content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of this websites content requires the prior written permission of ggfree.
4. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of this website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the website.

ggfree internal prize draws

1. Entrants must provide full and correct details when entering the competition.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. The competition is open to the world and not only UK residents.
4. Entrants can be of any age, unless specific, but must have permission of a parent if under the age of 16.
5. Results will be announced on this website.
6. The winner will be drawn at random by ggfree and our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Only the winner will be contacted personally.
7. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no alternatives cash or otherwise.
8. ggfree does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet and Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
9. Competitions are not open to employees or contractors for ggfree or its affiliates or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
10. ggfree reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering the prize draw.
12. This agreement is governed by the laws of Belize and secondary the laws of England and Wales. This competition is promoted by the ggfree corporation.
13. By entering the competition and signing up, you agree on the standard terms and conditions for members of ggfree.
