It is not our competitions; we are impartial in all of our listings. We might from time to time, do an internal competition for our members, but this will be out of the listings and rankings and not interfere with the general view.

We are sorry to say that this can be a problem from time to time. The problem is that some “retailers” specifically write in their terms and conditions e.g. 4th February 23:59 – But then close the competition e.g. end work day. What actions can you take? 1. Comment on those retailers who are unreliable 2. Use NEW competitions instead of CLOSING competition 3. Use a closing date that is one day ahead (e.g. use the 5th instead of the 4th)
You can actually not see whether you have won or not directly on ggfree; this is information posted at the retailer’s website and these you can access from the List retailers page.

Go to the My ggfree dashboard, here you can Change your name, e-mail address or password. It is this address that we use to send you the newsletter.
On the My ggfree dashboard you can click Update your communication preferences
to adjust your settings. If you don't want to receive anything, just remove the tick from the boxes.
